Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

1.1. This Privacy Policy explains how TechGenius Solutions LLC (“TechGenius”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects and uses personal data when you visit techgsllc.com (the “Website”), contact us, or do business with us.

1.2. TechGenius Solutions LLC is a limited liability company registered in Georgia under identification code 406452976, with its registered office at Emzar Oniani Street 21, Isani District, Tbilisi, Georgia. We are the controller of the personal data described in this Policy.

1.3. For any question about this Policy or your personal data, contact us at [email protected] or write to the address above.

1.4. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection. Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to our processing, for example because we offer services to people in the European Union, we also comply with the GDPR, and the references to legal bases below are to the GDPR.

2. What personal data we collect

2.1. When you contact us. If you use the contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and anything you choose to include in your message.

2.2. When you become a client, or work for one. We collect the contact details of the people we deal with (name, job title, business email and phone), and the information needed for contracts, invoicing and payments.

2.3. When we provide services. Some of our services involve accessing personal data that our clients control, for example in advertising, analytics, email marketing or website systems. In that case we act as a processor on our client’s behalf, under a written data processing agreement. The client’s own privacy notice then applies to that data.

2.4. When you visit the Website. Our hosting provider’s servers automatically record technical data for security and operation, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.

2.5. We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data (such as health data), and we ask you not to send them to us through the contact form.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

3.1. The Website currently does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and does not set cookies for ordinary visitors. Fonts are served from our own server, so viewing the Website does not send your data to font providers.

3.2. Strictly necessary cookies are set only for people who log in to manage the Website.

3.3. If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, through a consent banner, and we will update this Policy.
